Domestic Orders
Please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 5pm PDT will be considered next business day orders. Exclude holidays and weekends.
Shipping Options (International Orders)
International shipping usually takes between 2-10 days depending on customs, CUSTOMER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH TRACKING NUMBER ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SENDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMS REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE.
International orders are shipped via Fedex, DHL, or UPS, and you will be supplied with a tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Evoleht Boutique due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Evoleht Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these features by sending us an email at Evolehtsboutique.com---Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Evoleht Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Evoleht Boutique will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged or Missing Products
Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 5 days of receiving package. Items are exchangeable after 7 days
Customers have 5 days to report any missing items to their order; any report after 5 days will not be restorable. please send photo of invoice and packaging
